This was a 1500 square foot St. John's Portland home addition that included a family room, laundry, bathroom, guest bedroom and a new 2 car garage. The project was carefully integrated into home, decking and landscape. The family room was complimented with large windows to bring in natural light. The laundry was relocated within the addition for added convenience. The guest bedroom was completed with its own private bath. The new bath created a spacious master suite with tiled walk in shower and fully furnished walk in closet.
