    We were shopping around for the best price on egress windows for our basement and found this company. The prices were unbeatable and Ryan was really helpful getting us dialed in.

      They did a GREAT job. Windows look wonderful. They're perfectly placed, and make a HUGE difference in the amount of light in the rooms. For example, with two egress windows the area is better lite than when all 8 over-head cannisters and 3 fluorescents were on. I love these windows and fully recommend Portland Egress to anyone.

    We had an excellent experience with Ryan and Catalyst Construction. We have a ridiculous basement "wall" that was constructed by digging a giant hole and pouring concrete and small boulders into it. We recently had foundation work done and our foundation guy said it was the worst he'd ever seen in terms of form. Ryan and his guys worked extremely hard and even with the unusual conditions we presented, they were able to deliver a gorgeous result. Ryan was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He was very upfront about cost and the complexities with our situation and provided us with a very detailed invoice. We felt that the price was very reasonable for the work and expertise that was provided. I would highly recommend their services.
